Our Lab
We have multiple ALD reactors, a CVD reactor, as well as characterization equipment in our private lab spaces.
Facilities at Stanford
The principal pieces of equipment outside of our lab which our group utilizes are located in the Stanford Nano Shared Facilities (SNSF) and Stanford Nanofabrication Facility (SNF).
SSRL
The facilities of the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource (SSRL) are just up the road at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, a US Department of Energy National Laboratory operated by Stanford. SSRL is one of approximately 70 synchrotron facilities on the planet.
